Rex Senior Health Center is located at 512 E. Davie Street and Chavis Way, in the heart of southeast Raleigh. The Rex Senior Health Center works like a physician's office with enhanced services, designed to meet the needs of seniors in our community. An internal medicine physician and registered nurse are part of the core team of health care providers.

The staff works closely with each patient, providing preventive care, care for chronic conditions such as diabetes and asthma and care for acute medical conditions. The goal is to maintain optimal health, while emphasizing preventative health screening and education.
