Nursing Excellence at Rex Healthcare
Rex is frequently praised for its high-quality care, which includes interdisciplinary teamwork among health professionals, patients and their families. Rex Nurses are patient advocates, distinguished by the compassion and respect they officer to those in their care.
Rex is proud of all the accomplishments and accolades our nurses receive everyday including local and national awards such as Magnet, the Nursing Spectrum Excellence Awards and the North Carolina Great 100. We also recognize our nurses with internal awards unique to Rex, such as the Sarah Hitchcock-Lienster award and an annual Nurses’ Week dedicated to recognize and celebrate our nurses.
